Alfa Media Ltd is looking for more call centre agents
Description of work:
We are looking for more sales agents...
We offer work from 8.30-16.30 from Monday to Friday. Our team is highly motivated and we are all like one big, always positive family, therefore we achieve great results. We sell B2B web products in the name of Alfa Media Ltd to businesses across UK.
Payment is optional, and can be calculated by working hours or percentage of sales. Payment per hour starts at 9GBP and can be as high as 50GBP.
No experience is necessary, but it is good to have:
- Call centre or relevant sales or customer service experience
- Strong background on talking with the public
- Experience in a target based environment
- An excellent and polite telephone manner
You will need:
- To be friendly and chatty
- Ability to adapt to a variety of situations
- to be confident, outgoing, self-motivated and with a positive attitude
- to have a passion for customer service
- to be ready to hit the ground running and have a passion for customer service
- ability to work in a team
